§ 10-17-7-1

As used in this chapter, 'dependent' means a child:(1) born before or during the period during which the child's father was a prisoner of war or person missing in action; or(2) legally adopted or in the legal custody of the child's father before and during the period during which the father was a prisoner of war or person missing in action.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-5-16.5-2.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.8.
