(a) The Indiana War Memorial fund:(1) is subject to the laws of this state that concern the deposits and safekeeping of public funds; and(2) shall be deposited under the advisory supervision of the state board of finance in the same way and manner and at the same rate of interest and under the same restriction as state funds.(b) Interest that accrues to the fund shall be added to and become a part of the Indiana War Memorial fund.(c) The Indiana War Memorial fund and the accounts of each public officer, employee, or person entrusted by law with the raising, disposition, or expenditure of the fund or any part of the fund are subject to the same penalties and the same provisions for publicity as are provided by law for state funds and state officers.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-29.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.
