The county executive shall:(1) provide a fund necessary for the:(A) management;(B) maintenance;(C) repair; and(D) improvement;of any county world war memorial;(2) pay its part of the cost of:(A) management;(B) maintenance;(C) repair; and(D) improvement;of any joint county and city world war memorial, as determined by contract; and(3) raise money for the fund by taxation in the manner provided by law for all other county expenses.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-1-12.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.
