The respective authorities of counties, townships, cities, and towns each may appropriate annually to one (1) or more posts, garrisons, or camps of a military service organization or veterans service organization in the respective counties, townships, cities, or towns a sum to aid in defraying the expenses of Memorial Day.[Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-13-1.]As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.
