A person transporting, handling, using, storing, or keeping ionizing radiation sources shall:(1) transport, handle, use, store, or keep the ionizing radiation sources so as to prevent unnecessary radiation; and(2) make every effort to keep exposures as low as is reasonably achievable.As added by P.L.29-2014, SEC.2.
