Ordinances, resolutions, or regulations, now or hereafter in effect, of the governing body of a municipality or county or of state agencies, other than the department under section 5 of this chapter, relating to byproduct, source, and special nuclear materials shall be superseded by this chapter.As added by P.L.28-2022, SEC.2.
