(2) Review the state's counterterrorism plan developed by the department and provide recommendations to enhance the state's capacity to prevent and respond to terrorism.(3) Review the state's hazard mitigation plan developed by the department and provide recommendations to enhance the state's resiliency for manmade and natural disasters.(b) The council may create ad hoc advisory groups, task forces, or subcommittees to assist the council with its responsibilities.
