As used in this chapter, 'school property' means any property owned, rented, leased, or operated by:(1) a nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12);(2) a public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15); or(3) an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined by IC 21-7-13-6).As added by P.L.27-2016, SEC.1.
