The department shall include the following within the guidelines under section 4 of this chapter:(1) Guidelines for implementing universal electronic access to school property for law enforcement to all schools within each county.(2) Guidelines for implementing access to closed circuit cameras from a central location to be used in an emergency situation.As added by P.L.50-2019, SEC.10.
