Whenever an offender sentenced under IC 35-36-2-5 is committed to the department of correction, the department of correction shall immediately inform the division of mental health and addiction of the commitment and provide the division of mental health and addiction with a copy of the evaluation made by the department of correction under IC 11-10-1-2.As added by P.L.127-1985, SEC.1.
