§ 11-12-3-7-2

As used in this chapter, 'advisory board' means a:(1) community corrections advisory board, if there is one in the county; or(2) forensic diversion program advisory board, if there is not a community corrections advisory board in the county.As added by P.L.85-2004, SEC.3.
