Every probation department shall annually compile, and make available to the judicial conference of Indiana upon request, accurate statistical information pertaining to its operation, including:(1) presentence and predisposition reports prepared;(2) investigations and reports regarding cases assigned to that probation department and disposed of prior to trial;(3) cases disposed of by termination of supervision, including revocation of probation;(4) that probation department's operational costs, including salaries of probation officers and administrative personnel; and(5) persons employed.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.6.
