§ 11-8-4-5-2

The governor may, subject to the terms of the treaty, authorize the commissioner to:(1) allow for the transfer or exchange of a convicted person; and(2) take any other action necessary to execute the terms of the treaty.As added by P.L.71-1994, SEC.1.
