Nothing contained in this compact shall be construed to abrogate or impair any agreement or other arrangement which this state may have with a nonparty state for the confinement, care, or training of inmates nor to repeal any other laws of this state authorizing the making of cooperative institutional arrangements.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.1.
