As used in this chapter, 'compelling public interest' means any condition in which there is a question of:(1) the proper appropriation or expenditure of public funds;(2) the official conduct of public employees or any person who provides goods or services to the state for financial compensation under contract or other agreement;(3) the suitability for receiving a public trust or benefits; or(4) the public safety or welfare.As added by P.L.10-2019, SEC.50.
