The department may grant an exception to section 1 of this chapter if appropriate after considering the general welfare and safety of:(1) the public;(2) other persons under its control;(3) the individual seeking the exception; and(4) the family of the individual seeking the exception.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.133, SEC.1.
