1-1-1 shall administer the caretaker support program established under this chapter.(b) The division of aging shall do the following:(1) Subject to section 9 of this chapter, adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the coordination and administration of the caretaker support program.(2) Administer any money for the caretaker support program that is appropriated by the general assembly.As added by P.L.274-2003, SEC.6.
