(b) The secretary and the director of the state budget agency are responsible for ensuring that the cost of the services provided under this chapter does not exceed the total amount of funding, including state and federal funds, that is made available by the budget agency for the program established under this chapter to provide long term care, including home and community based services.As added by P.L.274-2003, SEC.5.
