The division shall, in consultation with the office, take any action necessary to implement the plan under section 1 of this chapter, including applying to the United States Department of Health and Human Services for approval to amend the aged and disabled Medicaid waiver, implement a new Medicaid waiver, or amend the state Medicaid plan.As added by P.L.224-2017, SEC.2.
