§ 12-10-2-8

Each member of the commission, each consultant to the commission, and each member of any advisory council established by the commission is entitled to the following:(1) Reimbursement for official traveling expenses and other expenses, as provided in the state travel policy and procedures established by the Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget agency.(2) Salary per diem, as provided in IC 4-10-11-2.1(b), for each day engaged in the official business of the commission.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-4-9.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.4.
