If an adult protective services unit receives a report alleging that an individual who is a resident of a facility licensed under IC 16-28 is an endangered adult, the adult protective services unit shall immediately communicate the report to the Indiana department of health under IC 16-28-4-1.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-5-10.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.4.
