S.C. 1431 et seq., for purposes of determining a family's income under section 17 of this chapter, a family is presumed to have an income that is not more than two hundred fifty percent (250%) of the federal income poverty level if the family is receiving benefits under any of the following:(1) The Medicaid program.(2) The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).(3) The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.(4) Any other program approved by the division.As added by P.L.131-2019, SEC.2.
