(b) The unit shall establish a board of interpreter standards.(c) The unit and the board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 creating standards (including ethical standards and grievance procedures) for interpreters and an enforcement mechanism for the interpreter standards.(d) Funding for the board must come solely from the unit's existing budget.As added by P.L.104-1996, SEC.3.
