A center that receives only state or federal funds under Title VII, Part B of the federal act is subject to review by the division. A center that receives federal funds under Title VII, Part C of the federal act is subject to review by the federal government. A finding of noncompliance must be supported by a written report from the peer review committee appointed under section 13 of this chapter.As added by P.L.217-2005, SEC.22.
