As used in this chapter, 'individual with a significant disability' means an individual who has a significant physical or mental impairment that substantially limits the individual's ability to:(1) function independently in the family or community; or(2) obtain, maintain, or advance in employment.As added by P.L.217-2005, SEC.10.
