(b) To be eligible to receive state funds, a center for independent living must meet the requirements for federal funding for a center for independent living under:(1) 29 U.S.C. 796; and(2) 34 CFR Parts 364 through 366;that are in effect January 1, 1995.As added by P.L.272-1999, SEC.37.
