3-4-3 (as in effect on January 1, 2022).(b) After June 30, 2025, and before July 1, 2027, a dependent child or a woman described in section 1(f) of this chapter who:(1) otherwise qualifies for assistance; and(2) is part of an assistance group that has a gross income that is not more than thirty-five (35%) percent of the federal income poverty level;is eligible for TANF assistance.(c) After June 30, 2027, a dependent child or a woman described in section 1(f) of this chapter who:(1) otherwise qualifies for assistance; and(2) is part of an assistance group that has a gross income that is not more than fifty (50%) percent of the federal income poverty level;is eligible for TANF assistance.(d) The division shall amend the state TANF plan or take any other action necessary to implement this section.As added by P.L.103-2023, SEC.3.
