A household that, at the time of the office of the secretary's initial determination of the household's income eligibility for purposes of entry into the CCDF program:(1) has a household income that does not exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of Indiana's state median income for the household's family size;(2) includes a child care employee (as defined in IC 12-17.2-7.2-0.5); and(3) otherwise meets federal eligibility requirements for the CCDF program;is eligible for assistance under the CCDF program.As added by P.L.92-2024, SEC.7.
