§ 12-14-5-1

Sections 1 through 5 of this chapter apply to an individual who is:(1) less than eighteen (18) years of age and not enrolled in an educational or a vocational training program; or(2) a parent of a dependent child who has not graduated from high school or earned a:(A) high school equivalency certificate; or(B) state of Indiana general educational development (GED) diploma;and is a member of a family that receives TANF.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-4(a).]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.8.
