A county director or designated employee may use any of the following methods to transmit voter registration applications or declinations under section 4 or 5 of this chapter:(1) Hand delivery to the circuit court clerk or board of registration.(2) Delivery by the United States Postal Service, using first class mail.(3) Electronic transfer, after approval by the co-directors of the election division.As added by P.L.12-1995, SEC.121.
