(a) The office and the division of family resources shall formulate written protocols that specify the following:(1) That the county offices are responsible for all eligibility determinations made under the state Medicaid program.(2) That the office is responsible for payment of a claim made under the state Medicaid plan.(b) The office may enter into any contract to implement the state program.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-6-6-5.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.9.
