When the office applies a resource standard to determine an applicant's or a recipient's eligibility for Medicaid under this chapter, the office may not consider five thousand dollars ($5,000) of equity value (as defined in 470 IAC 10.1-3-1) in one (1) motor vehicle belonging to:(1) the applicant or recipient; or(2) a member of the applicant's or recipient's family.As added by P.L.126-1998, SEC.2.
