§ 12-15-20-7-1

As used in this chapter:(1) 'Medicaid inpatient payments for safety-net hospitals' means the payments provided for in the Medicaid state plan for inpatient services provided by hospitals that satisfy the definition of a safety-net hospital under the Medicaid state plan; and(2) 'Medicaid outpatient payments for safety-net hospitals' means the payments provided for in the Medicaid state plan for outpatient services provided by hospitals that satisfy the definition of a safety-net hospital under the Medicaid state plan.As added by P.L.255-2003, SEC.23.
