As used in this chapter, 'nonemergency medical transportation' means medically necessary transportation to Medicaid covered services for an eligible Medicaid recipient who:(1) participates in the Medicaid fee-for-service program; and(2) does not have available transportation to:(A) a Medicaid reimbursable service; or(B) a pharmacy to obtain Medicaid reimbursable pharmacy services.As added by P.L.116-2019, SEC.4.
