(2) Assist in securing appropriate placements for individuals who reside in the intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities beds that are converted. However, an individual may not be moved from an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities bed until an appropriate alternative placement is available.As added by P.L.112-1997, SEC.4.
