To the greatest extent possible, the office shall use the same administrative procedures regarding premiums for the buy-in program as are used for the children's health insurance program established under IC 12-17.6, including:(1) the effect of nonpayment of a premium; and(2) the collection of premiums.As added by P.L.287-2001, SEC.9.
