§ 12-15-8-4

In addition to the requirements of section 3 of this chapter, the office shall send a copy of the notice required by section 3(1) of this chapter to the following persons or entities if the appropriate names and addresses can be determined:(1) The injured, ill, or diseased person for whom the office has paid medical expenses.(2) An insurance carrier that may be ultimately liable.(3) An attorney for the injured or diseased person.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-24.6(d) part.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.9.
