§ 12-16-9-5-1

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the rate of payment for the services and materials provided by physicians and transportation providers under the hospital care for the indigent program is the same rate as payment for the same type of services and materials under the rules adopted by the office for the fee-for-service Medicaid program.As added by P.L.120-2002, SEC.25.
