Each committee must consist of members appointed:(1) by the secretary or the secretary's designee; and(2) to provide diversity in representing the types of child care that comprise the committee's category specified in section 1 of this chapter, including size, licensure status, accreditation status, and geographic location in Indiana.As added by P.L.126-2007, SEC.1.
