§ 12-17-2-2-13

(a) If a licensee under this article violates a condition of a waiver or variance under this chapter, the division may issue an order revoking the waiver or variance before the waiver or variance expires under section 11 of this chapter.(b) If the waiver or variance is revoked under subsection (a), the licensee is entitled to notice and an opportunity for a hearing as provided under this article.As added by P.L.1-1993, SEC.141.
