(b) A provider shall, in each facility where the provider operates a child care program, have a communication device (which may be the telephone required by subsection (a)) that is:(1) approved by the division; and(2) compatible with an automated time and attendance tracking system approved by the division.As added by P.L.247-2001, SEC.3.
