The investigation shall be conducted at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner, in announced or unannounced visits. Activities may include onsite inspections, record reading, observation, and interviewing. The division may require that evidence of compliance with the rules be presented in a form and manner specified in the rules.As added by P.L.1-1993, SEC.141.
