(a) At least one (1) adult individual who maintains current certification in a course of cardiopulmonary resuscitation applicable to all age groups of children cared for by the child care ministry shall be present at all times when a child is in the care of a child care ministry. Certifications accepted under this subsection must include a live return demonstration of skills.(b) An individual who:(1) is employed; or(2) volunteers;as a caregiver at a child care ministry shall maintain current certification in first aid applicable to all age groups of children cared for by the child care ministry.As added by P.L.9-2020, SEC.5.
