As used in this chapter, 'child care employee' means an individual who:(1) receives compensation as a full-time employee of an entity licensed or regulated under this article, as determined by the office; or(2) receives compensation as a part-time employee of an entity licensed or regulated under this article while also pursuing postsecondary study or educational training in child care or early childhood education, as determined by the office.As added by P.L.92-2024, SEC.11.
