(a) The office shall, before November 1 of each year, submit a report to the governor, the budget committee, the state board of education, the department of education, and, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, the general assembly regarding the prekindergarten program.(b) The report under subsection (a) must include the following:(1) The total number of children who received a prekindergarten voucher under the prekindergarten program for the immediately preceding state fiscal year, disaggregated by county.(2) The total amount of funds budgeted for and spent under the prekindergarten program during the immediately preceding state fiscal year.(3) The balance remaining in the fund at the end of the immediately preceding state fiscal year.As added by P.L.202-2014, SEC.2.
