(b) The office shall report the results of each evaluation to the:(1) children's health policy board established by IC 4-23-27-2; and(2) interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.(c) This section does not modify the requirements of other statutes relating to the confidentiality of medical records.As added by P.L.273-1999, SEC.177.
