The chairperson shall be elected annually by the members of the local domestic violence fatality review team at the first meeting of the local domestic violence fatality review team.(b) The local domestic violence fatality review team shall meet at the call of the chairperson.(c) The local domestic violence fatality review team chairperson shall determine the agenda for each meeting.As added by P.L.181-2003, SEC.6.
