The statewide domestic violence fatality review committee is established to:(1) identify similarities, trends, and factual patterns concerning the deaths of domestic violence victims in Indiana;(2) create strategies and make recommendations for the prevention of injuries to and deaths of domestic violence victims;(3) provide expertise, consultation, guidance, and training to local domestic violence fatality review teams; and(4) advise and educate the general assembly, governor, and public on the status of domestic violence fatalities in Indiana.As added by P.L.258-2017, SEC.13.
