(b) The county office has all other rights and powers and shall perform all other duties necessary to administer this chapter.(c) A suit brought against a county office may be filed in any circuit or superior court with jurisdiction in the area served by the county office.(d) A notice or summons in a suit brought against the county office must be served on the county director.
