(a) A county director is entitled to receive as compensation for the county director's services an amount determined by the division that is within:(1) the lawfully established appropriations; and(2) the salary ranges of the pay plan adopted by the state personnel department and approved by the budget committee.(b) Compensation paid to a county director shall be paid in the same manner that compensation is paid to other state employees.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-3-3(b) part.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.13.
